Welcome to ORTO! Before using our services, we invite you to carefully read the following Terms and Conditions. By accessing our website, using our services or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Introduction:

These General Conditions (hereinafter, "Conditions") govern the commercial relationships between ORTO and the users of our e-shop resident in Italy (hereinafter "Users") relating to the sale of products offered through our e-shop (of hereinafter "Products"). The conditions proposed by the User which deviate from these Conditions will not be applicable, unless expressly accepted in writing by ORTO. The provisions of the Legislative Decree also apply. 206/2005, "Consumer Code".

  1. Product Information: The description of the Products presented in our e-shop is detailed and exhaustive. ORTO assumes no responsibility for any differing descriptions of the Products by employees, agents or third-party retailers. ORTO is committed to ensuring the continuity of the e-shop service, although periods of downtime may occur. ORTO reserves the right to modify or suspend the service at any time.
  1. Use of the Site and Cookies: Information on our site is subject to change. Our e-shop uses cookies to monitor User preferences. Our privacy policy provides further details on the use of cookies.
  1. Errors and Inaccuracies: ORTO declines all responsibility for any errors or inaccuracies in the information provided on the site. The User is responsible for the use of the information contained on the site.
  1. Conclusion of the Contract: Registration on the site with a username and password is required to access the e-shop. This registration does not constitute a contract. The sales contract between the User and ORTO ends only with confirmation of shipment of the Product. ORTO is not responsible for incorrect information provided by the User.
  1. Right of Withdrawal: The User can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the Product, by means of written communication to ORTO. In case of valid withdrawal, ORTO will refund the price paid within 30 days. The Products must be returned intact.
  1. Payments and Shipping: Prices include VAT. ORTO strives to process orders within 4 working days. Shipping costs are borne by the User and specified in the e-shop. ORTO is not responsible for delays in delivery.
  1. Intellectual Property: The material on the ORTO website is protected by intellectual property rights. Unauthorized reproduction of the site and its contents is prohibited.
  1. Final Provisions: Force majeure events may exclude ORTO's liability for failure to fulfill its obligations. Disputes are subject to Italian jurisdiction. These Conditions are governed by Italian law, including the Consumer Code.
  1. Changes to the Terms and Conditions: Changes to these Terms must be made in writing.
  2. Validity of the Conditions: The invalidity of a clause does not affect the validity of the remaining Conditions, which remain fully effective.
